Job Summary
Provide companionship and daily care to clients in their homes, including assisting with dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals. Maintain clean, safe living spaces while offering medication reminders and supporting healthy routines. Communicate concerns and escalate safety issues as needed, adapting to diverse client preferences and behaviors. Perform frequent standing, walking, and occasional lifting to ensure client comfort and safety. Work short shifts in Lowell, Tewksbury, and surrounding areas, requiring proficiency in English and the ability to drive to client locations. Earn up to $22/hr plus travel incentives with flexible full-time, part-time, and weekend options.
