Caregiver

Provide daily care and supervision for students in a residential, pre-K–12 environment. Model positive behavior, support students' routines, and reinforce life skills while maintaining a safe, inclusive home setting. Promote social-emotional growth through compassionate guidance and collaboration with education and community services staff. Assist children from diverse backgrounds in thriving academically, socially, and personally within the Milton Hershey School's residential setting.
