Caregiver

Provide daily care and supervision for students in a residential pre-K–12 environment while modeling positive behavior and promoting social-emotional growth. Support students' routines, reinforce life skills, and maintain a safe, inclusive home setting through close collaboration with education and community services staff. This compassionate role at Milton Hershey School nurtures and guides students from diverse backgrounds to thrive academically, socially, and personally within a residential setting.
