Job Summary
Provide daily care and supervision for students in a residential pre-K–12 environment. Model positive behavior to promote social-emotional growth while supporting routines and reinforcing life skills. Work closely with education and community services staff to maintain a safe, inclusive home setting. Assist students from diverse backgrounds in thriving academically, socially, and personally within the Milton Hershey School community.
