Caregiver

Provide daily care and supervision, model positive behavior, and promote social-emotional growth for students in a residential pre-K–12 environment. Support students' routines, reinforce life skills, and maintain a safe, inclusive home setting while working closely with education and community services staff. This role requires patience, dependability, and a passion for helping children from diverse backgrounds thrive academically, socially, and personally within the Milton Hershey School community.
