Caregiver

Provide daily care and supervision for students in a residential pre-K–12 environment, supporting routines and reinforcing life skills. Model positive behavior and promote social-emotional growth while working closely with education and community services staff. Maintain a safe, inclusive home setting for students from diverse backgrounds. This role requires patience, dependability, and a passion for helping children thrive academically, socially, and personally within the Milton Hershey School community.
