Caregiver

Provide daily care and supervision for students in a residential pre-K–12 environment. Model positive behavior, promote social-emotional growth, and support students' routines while reinforcing life skills. Maintain a safe, inclusive home setting and work closely with education and community services staff to nurture and guide students. This role requires patience, dependability, and a passion for helping children from diverse backgrounds thrive academically, socially, and personally within the Milton Hershey School community.
