Caregiver

Provide daily care and supervision for students in a residential, pre-K–12 environment. Model positive behavior and promote social-emotional growth while supporting routines, reinforcing life skills, and maintaining a safe, inclusive home setting. Work closely with education and community services staff to nurture and guide students from diverse backgrounds. Assist in helping children thrive academically, socially, and personally within the Milton Hershey School community.
