Caregiver

Provide daily care and supervision for students in a residential pre-K through 12 environment. Model positive behavior, support student routines, and reinforce life skills while maintaining a safe, inclusive home setting. Work closely with education and community services staff to promote social-emotional growth and guide students from diverse backgrounds. This role requires patience, dependability, and a passion for helping children thrive academically, socially, and personally within the Milton Hershey School's residential community.
