Caregiver

Provide daily care and supervision for pre-K–12 students in a residential setting, nurturing and guiding them while modeling positive behavior. Support students' routines, reinforce life skills, and promote social-emotional growth within a safe, inclusive home environment. Work closely with education and community services staff to help children from diverse backgrounds thrive academically, socially, and personally. This compassionate role is essential to the Milton Hershey School's mission of fostering holistic development in a residential pre-K–12 environment.
