Provide daily care and supervision for students in a residential pre-K–12 environment, supporting routines, reinforcing life skills, and maintaining a safe, inclusive home setting. Model positive behavior and promote social-emotional growth while working closely with education and community services staff. Ensure students from diverse backgrounds thrive academically, socially, and personally within this compassionate residential setting.
