Caregiver

Provide daily care and supervision for pre-K–12 students in a residential setting, modeling positive behavior and promoting social-emotional growth. Support students' routines, reinforce life skills, and maintain a safe, inclusive home environment while working closely with education and community services staff. Assist in nurturing and guiding students from diverse backgrounds to thrive academically, socially, and personally within the Milton Hershey School's residential community.
