Caregiver

Provide daily care and supervision for students in a residential, pre-K–12 environment while modeling positive behavior and promoting social-emotional growth. Support students' routines, reinforce life skills, and maintain a safe, inclusive home setting by working closely with education and community services staff. This compassionate role nurtures and guides students from diverse backgrounds to thrive academically, socially, and personally within the Milton Hershey School's residential community.
