Caregiver

Monitor student behavior, assist with life skills, escort students to activities, and document concerns while promoting safety, emotional well-being, and academic focus. Support daily routines, homework, and healthy habits by collaborating with teachers, houseparents, and counselors to build trusting relationships. This role models MHS values of diversity, respect, and personal growth within a residential education setting.
