Caregiver

Assist students with daily routines, organize enrichment activities, and monitor emotional well-being in a residential pre-K–12 learning environment. Support academic success by helping with homework and collaborate with education and home life staff to maintain a safe, inclusive setting. Communicate regularly with the broader care team while providing positive role modeling to foster personal growth. This role aligns with Milton Hershey School's mission of holistic, cost-free education for students.
