Caregiver

Provide daily care and supervision for students in a residential pre-K–12 environment while modeling positive behavior and promoting social-emotional growth. Support students' routines, reinforce life skills, and maintain a safe, inclusive home setting through close collaboration with education and community services staff. This compassionate role requires patience and dependability to help children from diverse backgrounds thrive academically, socially, and personally within the Milton Hershey School community.
