Caregiver

Provide daily care and supervision for students in a residential pre-K–12 environment while modeling positive behavior and promoting social-emotional growth. Support student routines, reinforce life skills, and maintain a safe, inclusive home setting by working closely with education and community services staff. Ensure a compassionate presence that nurtures and guides students from diverse backgrounds to thrive academically, socially, and personally within the Milton Hershey School community.
