Job Summary
Care Provider for Memory Care responsible for assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence), ensuring safety and dignified care, and supporting residents’ independence. Maintain a safe environment, respond promptly to resident needs, and communicate any observed changes in condition to a supervisor. Promote teamwork and collaborate with colleagues across departments to uphold quality of life for residents in a senior living community.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong desire to work with the elderly
- Able to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, residents, and their families
- Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (including physical and TB tests)
- Vaccination and PPE per regulatory guidelines may be required
