Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Adhere to resident’s service plans
- Maintain residents' dignity by providing privacy and confidentiality
- Effectively engage and communicate with elderly individuals
- Exhibit patience and tact in challenging situations
- Foster positivity and problem-solve daily
- Accurately document activities of daily living
- Compassionate bedside manner and empathy toward residents
- Heimlich Maneuver training within first 120 days
- First aid certification and Food handler's card within first 120 days of employment
