Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including hygiene, dressing, and mobility. Manage challenging behaviors like wandering or agitation using proven strategies while implementing consistent daily routines and memory-supportive activities. Support medication management, meal preparation, transportation, and therapy participation by applying specialized training in dementia care and behavioral management. Pass pre-employment physical and TB tests, obtain fingerprint clearance, and hold Food Handler's and First Aid certifications. Located in Encinitas, this full-time role fosters a compassionate circle of care within a warm, inclusive environment.
Required Qualifications
