Job Summary
Care Partners provide compassionate, direct care to residents in memory care, assisting with activities of daily living, promoting independence, participating in life enrichment programs, and supporting communication among residents, families, and healthcare teams; roles require teamwork, empathy, patience, attention to detail, physical stamina, and weekend rotation participation.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Current caregiver training/certification per state requirements, such as CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA, or the willingness/ability to obtain.
- Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
- At least 12 months of experience in a professional caregiving setting.
