Job Summary
Provide specialized memory-care support to seniors with Alzheimer’s and dementia in a one-on-one home setting. Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility), create a safe and structured environment, and respond to memory-related behaviors with patience and understanding. Communicate effectively with families and care teams to coordinate care. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient caregiving and supports routines that promote comfort and dignity. Opportunities include part-time, PRN, day/night/weekend shifts, with flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and career growth. Requires reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license; must be authorized to work in the U.S.; background check required; bilingual skills are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Nurse Aide, HHA, or PCA
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Bilingual skills are a plus
