Job Summary
Provide hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living, including toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care, to an assigned group of seniors in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Promote socialization and inspire participation in community activities while prioritizing resident safety, well-being, and satisfaction. Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and promptly report observed changes to supervisors. Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance in every interaction. Full-time schedule runs 6:30am-2:45pm Friday-Monday; part-time options available 10:30pm-6:45am Monday/Tuesday/Saturday.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
- Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
- Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude
- Consistent and reliable attendance
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts

Desired Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant license
- relevant caregiving experience
