Job Summary
Care for residents in memory care, assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating), support Life Enrichment activities, maintain a safe environment, and document resident changes while upholding HIPAA confidentiality. Create a warm, patient, enthusiastic, calm atmosphere; communicate resident updates and complete reports promptly; and contribute to an equal-opportunity, team-oriented workplace. On-site part-time role in Sherwood, OR with wage range $18.58-$24.24/hour DOE.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High-School diploma or equivalent
- HCA or CNA license preferred
- Must have or obtain First Aid & CPR Certification within 30 days of employment
- Must have or obtain a Food Handlers Card within 30 days of employment
- Knowledge and experience caring for and interacting with elders
