Job Summary
Provide physical and psychosocial support to residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care home in Strum, WI. Assist with daily tasks including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation while ensuring the well-being and comfort of seniors, including those with dementia. Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to meet medical needs under the oversight of our on-site Registered Nurse. Maintain a consistent work schedule in a supportive environment dedicated to enriching the aging experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to provide care to seniors, including those with dementia
- Ability to maintain a consistent work schedule
