Caregiver/ Med Tech

Caregiver/Med Tech providing compassionate, competent care for residents in an assisted living/memory care setting. Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, dining assistance, wheelchair and walking escorts, toileting and light incontinence care, assistance with morning and bedtime routines, light room upkeep, ensuring timely responses to resident call signals, and medication assistance/personal care. Documents appropriate records, maintains 1440 care standards, communicates changes to Wellness Leader and families, and participates in staff meetings and safety trainings. Must be able to stand for long periods, read/write/speak English, and be flexible to cover shifts; physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with transfers as needed. Demonstrates compassionate, empathetic care and adheres to company policies and procedures.
