Job Summary
The Caregiver/Med Tech is responsible for delivering high-quality care to residents while administering medications, maintaining personal hygiene, and ensuring overall comfort. The role requires effective communication and adherence to safety and compliance protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to pull, push, bend, reach, squat, kneel, stand, and walk in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension)
- Minimum of twelve hours of additional education annually
Desired Qualifications
- Completion of WAC 388-78A-112 training
- Fundamentals of Caregiving or Modified Fundamentals of Care with specialties in Dementia and Mental Health
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification
- Completion of Med Tech Training and certification
