Job Summary
Assist with the basic needs of residents in a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly while providing ethical and respectful care. Administer medication according to Title 22 regulations, order and reorder prescriptions following physician instructions, and monitor medication administration records to report errors. Schedule resident doctor appointments and progress documentation with medical professionals. Maintain good composure during emergencies and ensure a safe work environment by reducing resident pain and promoting engagement. Full-time and part-time positions available in various shifts with a $500 sign-on bonus. High school diploma or GED required; DOJ FBI live scan, pre-employment physical, and TB test clearance are mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Able to pass DOJ FBI live scan criminal background clearance mandated by licensing
- Able to pass pre employment physical and TB test clearance
- High school diploma or GED required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in caregiving and medical administration preferred
