Job Summary
Caregiver/Med Tech providing comfort, safety and general supervision to residents by assisting with activities of daily living, administering medications per physician orders and tending to individual care needs; review eMAR and medication orders for accuracy, document completion, assist with meals and activities, and maintain professional communication with residents, families, and staff. Requires high school diploma/GED and CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire; proficient in Microsoft Office and able to perform duties with attention to confidentiality and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED is required
- Must have CPR/First Aid certification or obtain within thirty (30) days of hire
- Microsoft Office experience in a Windows environment
