Job Summary
Caregiver/Medication Manager role providing personal care and medication management for residents at StoryPoint Bettendorf. Responsibilities include bathing and grooming residents, following medication administration protocols, assisting with mobility and activities, monitoring vital signs and reporting changes, maintaining resident dignity and privacy, and ensuring a safe environment. Must have or obtain Medication Manager certification on-site, and CPR/First Aid certification is required. Education preference is a High School Diploma or GED, with prior healthcare/geriatric experience preferred. The position involves standing for long periods, assisting with ADLs, and supporting daily resident services within the community.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to obtain Medication Manager certification on-site at community if not already certified
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Experience in Healthcare, Geriatrics or elderly population preferred
