Job Summary

Provide compassionate, personalized assistance to residents by performing bathing, grooming, dining support, toileting, and mobility escorts. Administer medications, assist with morning and bedtime routines, and maintain resident room upkeep while answering call signals. Communicate resident changes immediately to the Wellness Leader and manage family interactions with tact and timeliness. Complete daily and weekly tasks assigned by the Wellness Coordinator, document all care in log books, and maintain knowledge of safety procedures and company policies. Work full-time or PRN shifts with flexibility to support other teams, adhering to 1440 care standards and attending required staff meetings.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good organization skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others
