Job Summary
Provide assistance to residents with activities of daily living based on individual needs. Interact daily with residents to improve quality of life and assist with dining, including preparing, cleaning, serving food and beverages, and promoting social interaction. Maintain simple records and communicate effectively in English while supporting a positive atmosphere for residents, families, and team members. No experience required; training provided. Full-time or part-time shifts available from 2pm to 10:30pm. Competitive salary, paid time off, and health benefits included.
Required Qualifications
- A passion for helping seniors
- A desire to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the community for residents, family & friends, and all team members
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; both oral and written
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Certified Nursing Assistant not required
- Must be 18 years old
- Able to understand and carry out directions and instructions and maintain simple records
