Job Summary
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to discuss client needs and market insights, then engage new caregivers by preparing them for their first day prior to orientation. Clarify orientation requirements, conduct weekly orientation sessions, and partner with Staffing to provide insights on client and caregiver needs. Facilitate client introductions by accompanying caregivers on their initial shift and deliver ongoing training through individualized sessions, skills labs, and soft skills development. Ensure compliance with regulations, serve as the contact point for caregiver inquiries, conduct performance evaluations, and assist HR with progressive discipline. Maintain accurate records of communications and requests while participating in meetings and adhering to all policies.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in healthcare or senior care management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong time management and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to enhancing the quality of life for caregivers and clients
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- 2-3 professional references
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with a Point of Care software
- Experience working with older adults or individuals with disabilities in a caregiving or healthcare setting
