Caregiver

Caregiver responsible for assisting clients with activities of daily living in a home setting, including ambulation, bathing, dressing, meal planning and preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and providing companionship. Role includes medication reminders, personal hygiene, skin and mouth care, toileting, transferring, and ensuring client safety. Performs respite care for families, accompanies clients to appointments and errands, assists with diet plans and adherence, and follows the client’s care plan and branch directives. Engages with the Client Care Team, notices unsafe conditions, manages supplies, and documents care activities as directed. Strong interpersonal skills for social interaction, emotional support, and stimulation of mental activities; ability to handle money under supervision and perform light administrative tasks (writing/typing correspondence) as needed.
