Job Summary
Provide in-home personal care and companionship to elderly or disabled clients, assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, ambulation, transferring), meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping (housekeeping, laundry, cleaning), transportation, and respite. Administer and remind about medications per care plan; reinforce diet plans; escort clients to medical facilities and outings; write or type correspondence as needed; monitor client safety and report unsafe conditions. Collaborate with the Client Care Team (Branch Manager and Regional Leadership) to support care plans, document care activities, and ensure services are delivered per agency policies and industry standards.
