Job Summary
Provide in-home personal care to clients in Alamogordo, NM, including assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, ambulation, toileting, transfer), meal planning and preparation, housekeeping, laundry, transportation, companionship, medication reminders, and respite care. Assist with following a written care plan, ensure client safety, monitor supplies, and communicate with the Branch Manager and Client Care Team. Role includes collaboration on care plans, documentation, and supporting clients to maintain independence in their own homes.
