Job Summary
Provide in-home care to individuals in their own homes and communities, assisting with activities of daily living and personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility, meal planning and preparation, housekeeping, laundry, transportation, and companionship. Deliver respite care for families, ensure safety and adherence to care plans, assist with medication reminders and health-related tasks, and support clients in daily living activities. Collaborate with the Client Care Team (Branch Manager and Regional Leadership), monitor supplies, follow written care plans, and report unsafe conditions in the client’s environment to the Branch Manager.
