Caregiver

Assist clients with activities of daily living including ambulation, bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and medication reminding while ensuring their safety and security. Plan and prepare meals, manage household tasks such as laundry and cleaning, and provide companionship through social interaction and emotional support. Escort clients to medical facilities or shopping, assist with correspondence, and monitor supplies in accordance with the written care plan. Report unsafe conditions to the Branch Manager and participate in Client Care Team meetings to provide input on service delivery.
