Job Summary
Provide in-home caregiver services to individuals in their own homes and communities, assisting with activities of daily living and personal care (e.g., bathing, dressing, ambulation, toileting, transfer), meal planning/preparation, light housecleaning and laundry, transportation, companionship, and respite. Ensure safety and adherence to care plans and policies; monitor and support client well-being; document and communicate via the care team; assist with medication reminders and escort clients to medical facilities or appointments; perform routine shopping/errands and assist with special diets as defined in the care plan; collaborate with Branch Manager/Client Care Team to deliver respectful, high-quality care.
