Job Summary
Provide in-home caregiver support to individuals who need assistance with activities of daily living and personal care in their homes and communities, including bathing, dressing, meal preparation, housekeeping, transportation, companionship, medication reminders, and respite. Responsibilities also include ensuring client safety, following written care plans, assisting with diet plans, escorting clients to appointments and errands, assisting with communication (writing/typing), participating with the Client Care Team, monitoring supplies, and reporting unsafe conditions to the Branch Manager. Prioritizes compassionate, respectful care aligned with agency policies and industry standards; capable of performing routine household tasks and providing social and emotional support to clients and their families.
