Caregiver

Provide in-home personal care and companionship to clients in their homes and communities, including assistance with activities of daily living (ambulation, bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, transferring), meal planning and preparation, routine housekeeping and laundry, transportation, medication reminders, and respite care per the client’s care plan. Role includes supervision of safety, writing or typing correspondence as needed, supporting social engagement, and collaboration with the Client Care Team and Branch Manager to ensure compliance with policies and care standards.
