Job Summary
Assist residents with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, and height/weight checks. Support mealtime by cutting food and encouraging residents to eat. Complete and document shift assignments, reporting to nursing supervisors if unable to finish tasks. Communicate with residents, families, Department Heads, and the Director of Resident Services as needed. Provide planned activities and respond to call lights and emergencies promptly. Full-time schedule from 7:00am-7:00pm or 7:00pm-7:00am with a salary of $18-$20/hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year experience working as a CNA/PCA/HHA/RA preferred
- Memory care experience preferred
