Job Summary
Provide compassionate and competent care for residents by assisting with bathing, showering, grooming, dressing, and dining. Escort residents in wheelchairs and walking aids, answer call signals, and remind residents of meals, activities, and medications. Participate in life enrichment activities while maintaining punctuality and professionalism throughout the shift. This role involves standing for long periods and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds. The position is full-time or part-time, with shifts running from 6 AM to 2 PM or 2 PM to 10 PM, including PRN availability.

- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to occasionally reach with hands and arms
- Ability to travel to different locations
