Job Summary
Caregiver Lead to supervise and onboard caregivers, manage plan of care updates, and conduct quality assurance visits. Responsibilities include maintaining an on-call schedule, starting new cases, updating plans of care with the Care Manager, introducing permanent caregivers to clients and family members, addressing family/client complaints or concerns, performing light housekeeping and errands, giving medication reminders, providing companionship, and training/onboarding caregivers. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, knowledgeable, and reliable, with strong communication skills and the ability to problem-solve in various situations.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred
- First aid and CPR certified preferred
- Ability to lead and educate others
- Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
- Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Compassionate, respectful, ethical
