Job Summary
Caregiver in-home role providing essential support to clients to maintain independence and safety within their home. Responsibilities include personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting), medication reminders, mobility assistance (transfers, walking, use of mobility aids), companionship and social engagement, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments and activities, and clear communication with office staff. Also includes record-keeping and Electronic Visit Verification, safety/emergency preparedness, and maintaining professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
