Job Summary
Provide assistance to residents with activities of daily living based on individual needs and interact daily to improve quality of life. Support residents with dining by preparing or cleaning the dining room, assisting with food selection, and serving beverages and food to encourage social interaction. Maintain simple records and communicate effectively in English while contributing to a positive atmosphere for residents, families, and team members. Required Qualifications
- A passion for helping seniors
- A desire to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the community for residents, family & friends, and all team members
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; both oral and written
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must be 18 years old
- Able to understand and carry out directions and instructions and maintain simple records
