Job Summary
In-home caregiver duties include assisting clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming), meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and companionship. Work is performed visiting clients in their homes in Kennesaw, GA, with daytime hours typically 8am–5pm on weekdays; openings for evening and overnight shifts; schedule may include 20+ hours per week. Requires a valid Georgia driver''s license with an insured vehicle, CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain), negative TB test, and a clear background check. CNA or PCA experience is a plus and paid training is available. This is W-2 direct-hire employment with mileage reimbursement, holiday pay, bi-weekly pay, referral bonuses, paid training and continuing education, and 24/7 support.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Georgia driver''s license with a reliable, insured vehicle
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to get certified before you start)
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- Clear background check
- CNA or PCA experience is a plus — if you have real caregiving experience but no credentials, paid training is available
