Job Summary
Assist with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting while providing companionship and emotional support. Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and support mobility and transfers for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Accompany clients to appointments and errands, observe condition changes, and follow care plans and agency policies. Full-time, part-time, live-in, or overnight shifts available with competitive pay of $18–$20/hour. CPR/First Aid certification and bilingual skills are preferred. Join our Colorado-based team dedicated to helping clients live safely and independently at home.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to assist with lifting (25–50 lbs)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient
Desired Qualifications
- Previous caregiving or CNA experience preferred (not required)
- Reliable transportation preferred
- CPR / First Aid Certification
- Dementia or Alzheimer's care experience
- CNA or HHA certification
- Bilingual is a plus
- Weekend availability preferred
