Job Summary
Provide personal assistance and daily care to residents per the care plans, including ADLs (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence); respond promptly to resident needs while upholding dignity, safety, and confidentiality; communicate changes in resident condition to a supervisor; maintain a safe environment and promote teamwork; must meet 18+ age requirement, have a HS diploma or GED, and be willing to undergo background checks, health screenings, and PPE/vaccination requirements as applicable.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests
