Job Summary
Care Provider responsible for providing personal assistance and daily care to residents, including ADLs such as eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and continence; respond promptly while preserving residents' dignity, safety, and confidentiality; report observed changes to a supervisor; maintain a safe environment; encourage teamwork with staff and other departments; must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals; 18+ with HS Diploma/GED and able to pass background checks and health screenings. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to interact effectively with residents and families
- Pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (including TB)
